Klingon is finally supported.

Since I'm doing the translation myself I won't upload the language files here. You can load Klingon right from the interface via Help | Select Language...

Now? You mean something changed with Russian? Did you try a restart of XY?

Yes. I have restart. And have 124 version. Not 126.
