Speaking of service however, shouldn't you be able to upgrade to a Lifetime license for less than 60$ if you do it within a month or so of buying your standard license?
After all, Lifetime License = 80$. Standard license 40$ + Upgrade 60$ = $100. If you upgrade after several months then fair enough, but within a month maybe a concessional upgrade would be appropriate?

Re: Pretty good product with no customer service
Sounds like my guy didn't go all-in from the get go
I went all-in after only a couple days into my trial, and then there was a black friday sale (50% off) a week or two later. I wasn't even mad, it was totally worth the full purchase price. I did share the deal though and I know of a handful of people who bought a license.

When I try to buy the Upgrade License for $59.95, even though the site says $59.95, when I click on BUY NOW, it comes up with $79.95?
A glitch somewhere?

Cannot explain. It is working here, and customers are buying upgrades for the discounted price all the time. Never got any such complaints.

Yep - still doing it here. When the box headed "XYplorer Checkout" pops up it says $79.95 not $59.95.
Oh well, no hurry I guess. I only bought XYplorer two weeks ago so plenty of time for the problem to get fixed before I need to do something. I just love it BTW - most interesting piece of software I have ever bought. With tongue firmly in cheek, I am not sure I would call it "productivity" software however, because I could customize it forever.

Re: Pretty good product with no customer service
Mystery solved.
The PayPal box was coming up with 79.95 AUD - which is the correct conversion of 59.95 USD. But because 79.95 was the same number as 79.95 USD for the new lifetime purchase, I was assuming .......
Anyway, I am now fully paid-up.

Ah, what a mean coincidence. Good for both of us that you solved the mystery.
