Escaping Brackets in Scripts

Hi guys, how do I escape brackets in scripting?

run """software.exe"" /A * <curpath> > C:\Users\xxxx\Desktop\list.csv"

So, the > before C:\

I tried the Windows escape character ^, and also quotes, but it keeps throwing an error saying invalid syntax >

You have to start a cmd shell to use redirection.
