Does this happen only in XY? For me it sounds very familiar, but doesn't have anything to do with XY - it might mean left button of your mouse is "starting to die". This happened to me few times through many years, and usually it starts to be noticeable exactly with drag operations, 'cause mouse stops fixating pressed state properly, so each time it's a random if drag works or not.weosher wrote: ↑07 Jan 2024 00:46 I click and drag the selected group of files, but it reverts back to just selecting the file where my mouse was for the start of the drag operation.
WHen i have a single file selected to drag into an app (for opening or processing), it requires a second attempt to be successful. The first click and drag does nothing.
