Stumbled on XYplorer

Post by cutterman »

So I stumbled on XYplorer just by chance. I must have dozens of file managers on my system, which means none of them are really satisfactory.

Very impressed by XYplorer indeed - neat, clean, unfussy, versatile and quick.

You've made a convert… Nice job!

Now six months of XYplorer - very very good indeed.
It has become my "go to" file manager.
The scripting is invaluable - use it often.
Lot of thought went into designing and coding this - most impressive

Thank you very much!

Six months down and your only two posts on the forum are in the Reviews section - you must have had a very easy ride with XY then. :D

Yes, I cam stumbling in. Mainly from frustration of ACDSee.
I had been a fan of the early version ACDSee 4.5 for perhaps 10 years
I just love the speed of the images.
Coming back from living in Thailand, I lost my purchased disk.

Do you think I could buy another Version 4.5, I was frustrated at every turn
I am a bog standard user, my main desire is to have a windows explorer feel, that gives instant sub-sets

Well along came XYPlorer (how does one say that?)
I had tried numerous other file managers, without satisfaction.

XYPlorer blew me away !
I wanted say every postage stamp in my collection that values at 1c (US)
Bang! there it was in all its glory.
I can't begin to say how thrilled I am.

I am all fingers and thumbs at the moment, but learning new options every day.
Top Class software in my opinion.
A Big Thanks
